The University of New Haven’s online Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling prepares you to advance your career as a Licensed Professional Counselor or National Certified Counselor. The curriculum includes 700 hours of supervised clinical training in your community, as well as 100% online coursework. You can study at your own pace and finish your degree in as little as 2.5 years.

This low-residency program aligns with state of Connecticut and CACREP standards for licensed counseling professionals. You can choose an optional concentration in forensic mental health to specialize your degree for your chosen career path.
